Our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver, 14k gold filled or 14k rose gold filled. All pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them suitable for sensitive skin and pierced ears.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. All jewellery orders arrive in a Shopicrate velvet pouch or gift box at no extra charge. Dream catchers are gift-wrapped with ribbon. If you need a personal message card added, just leave a note at checkout.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day via Royal Mail 1st Class. Most UK orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Free shipping on all orders over £25.
Can I return an item?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Contact us at info@shopicrate.co.uk and we will arrange your return. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
